Scenic Virginia

Today we took our time getting ready and then headed out for a scenic day around Albemarle County. Before that we made a pit-stop at Wal-Mart O:-)



First stop after Sam's, Wal-Mart, and Applebees was Thomas Jefferson's home Monticello.



We had a nice tour of the home and Robin was very impressed with the gorgeous fall scenery surrounding us. Virginia's earned his seal of approval :-) After the tour it was just a brief stop at the General Store at Michie's Tavern before going to Carter's Mountain and the apple orchard.



We ended the day with a trip to good ol' Fashion Square Mall where Robin did quite nicely for himself. Now we're at home watching Amazing Race and Dancing with the Stars while uploading photos. Tomorrow's a jam-packed day and we can't wait.
